The nights are getting longer and the season of winter celebration is upon us. This time of year can be a great reminder to let go of what no longer serves, offer thanks for the year’s blessings and to start dreaming of new growth in the year to come. 
The winter celebrations can also be health challenging - too many rich foods, celebratory drinks, and sweet treats. You can experience great company with friends and a deeper connection with family, however, it may be at the loss of peace, spaciousness, and relaxation. Where is the balance?

✨Define the activities of each celebration

✨Design a flow of your holidays that includes time for reflection
